Black cloud looms over Apple online service after high-profile hack

7 August 2012: The hacking of a tech journalist has exposed a massive hole in Apple’s iCloud security, reports ZDNet.  Matt Honan of Wired Magazine was subject to what he described as an ‘epic hack’ of his online accounts through his iCloud services.  ZDNet says this is a cautionary tale and lists the  steps to follow to protect data and user accounts on iCloud.
